Mission Statement
Fundamental Chromatic works hard to provide Essentials and vital Supports to people experiencing homelessness, hardships, and everyone who needs us, so that all people have a chance to flourish, survive, and become the very best version of themselves; where everyone can achieve better life experiences for their lifetime.
Our hope is that we as an community will improve, sustain, develop, and grow - together.
Our wishes for our clients is that they'll set goals to recover from the despair they've been trapped in, so that they can too experience life's blessings (employment, income, education, family and friends, community engagement, safe and stable, affordable housing, and ultimately - Access to Resources that they need, and are necessary for our clients to first survive, and then thrive.
Chelsea Cramer - the Founder, has lived experiences, knowledge, education, many trainings, and compassion - fueling her capabilities and enhancing her compassion to adequately serve and support our neighbors who need help accessing resources. She's doing this because she cares, she's been in their shoes, and she knows all people deserve a better life, experiences, and circumstances. She will continue to work hard to ensure "no one gets left behind" (Chelsea Cramer).

We hope and wish for a brighter day, and that all neighbors will step up to help those who are facing challenges most people will never have to experience. Myself? We provide compassionate, ethical, and realistic care through Case and Care Management, Peer Recovery Support, Advocacy, and Community Health Navigation. Rooted in lived experience, we help individuals overcome barriers of poverty, recover from self-medication habits, homelessness, addiction, and health challenges by connecting them to essential resources, benefits, and quality care. Guided by integrity, resilience, and hope, our mission is to empower people to discover their strengths, reclaim their potential, and create lasting change for themselves and future generations.
I do this important and uniquely driven work because I care immensely about my neighbors as if they are my siblings, work hard, and hope that I will always positively influence and contribute to society as I am meant to. I bring lived experiences, knowledge, education, understanding, and research to the Organization and community, and am qualified to lead clients to a better today and tomorrow, long-term. So as long as I'm still here on this earth in this life, I will do my best to help each and every person and animal, willing to accept my guidance, direction, hope, love, care, contributions, gifts, and leadership - so that we all have the mind, abilities, health, education, employment, income, housing, nutrition, hydration, hygiene, safety, sanitation, essentials, social engagements, to recognize our skills, and our purpose - so that all people are loved, acknowledged, cared about and for, and supported; wholeheartedly, and with an open mind, without judgement, because we are all worth the effort, time, and appreciation for the chances we've been given.
We all need helpful and positive support. The people on the streets have nothing, and no one. We can be here for them - and help them get better.
