Fundamental Chromatic provides compassionate and practical support through Case and Care Management, Peer Recovery Supports, Advocacy, and Community Public Health Navigation. We help people connect with mental and physical healthcare, insurance benefits, and vital resources to address long-term challenges related to homelessness, poverty, and trauma.
Our Essentials Kits help clients survive the storms accompanying these challenges by providing basic necessities and emotional support. We assist with intake applications, appointment management, and accessing community programs critical for healing.
Our founder and CEO, a woman with disabilities, has risen from homelessness to resilience. Her lived experience with addiction, poverty, and trauma fuels the genuine empathy that shapes our work. Guided by love and courage, she leads Fundamental Chromatic to empower others to discover their strengths and realize their potential.
Our mission is to foster self-care, coping skills, and community connection so people can feel "alive" and like they matter; we all matter. Join us in making a lasting, meaningful, transformational, and extraordinary difference. Your support brings healing, opportunity, and belonging to those who need are currently facing poverty and are alone, and with no current access to support, or resources. From experience - I know that love can foster and grow, real, ambitious, kind, and loving --- Change for all people. With your support - in any way you are able to contribute - we can show people how much they matter to us, and to the community. When we care for the Biopsychosocial Health & Wellness of all, we then can say the Movement: A Fight to End Poverty! -- is a success. A success that we achieved selflessly, courageously, generously, and because "it is our purpose".
We only go through the challenges we face --- to gain experience as we overcome the worst, most detrimental challenges & struggles, to become ready, prepared, and aspired to grow deeper into that functional capacity. We all have at least one purpose, and I believe we all have skills that we have been blessed with, so we can utilize our strengths to bring about the greatest, most passionate, encouraging, empowering, thought-provoking, capability-invoking, real-life drastic, positive, and optimistic - difference and change.

Mission Statement
We provide compassionate, ethical, and realistic care through Case and Care Management, Peer Recovery Support, Advocacy, and Community Health Navigation. Rooted in lived experience, we help individuals overcome barriers of poverty, recover from self-medication habits, homelessness, addiction, and health challenges by connecting them to essential resources, benefits, and quality care. Guided by integrity, resilience, and hope, our mission is to empower people to discover their strengths, reclaim their potential, and create lasting change for themselves and future generations.
I’ve spent my life learning what resilience truly means. Growing up, my family faced financial, emotional, and health hardships—from low income and limited resources to challenges with mental health and uncertain survival. Guided by love and courage taught by my adoptive and biological family, I persevered through adversity.
My greatest challenge was overcoming psychosis after experiencing more than 15 years of homelessness. With the help of friends and the grace of God, I found the care and support that transformed my life. I realized God is Love and that our struggles prepare us for our purpose. From this understanding, Fundamental Chromatic was born—my life’s purpose to help others first to survive and then thrive.
My mission is to teach coping skills, provide basic essentials, and be a friendly support so anyone facing storms can gain strength, courage, love, and the tools needed to pursue their ambitions. My dad taught me that with determination, anything is possible and my past hardships prepared me to help those experiencing similar struggles.
Alongside Fundamental Chromatic, I created Cramer’s Extraordinary Chromatic Communities LLC, dedicated to holistic support for individuals facing poverty, trauma, and isolation. Our vision is to ensure everyone in our community accesses resources and encouragement—be it housing, healthcare, mental health, or friendship.
We offer hands-on Case Management to help people navigate Medicaid, appointments, and transportation. Our Peer Recovery Supports are rooted in lived experience, ensuring no one feels alone or judged. Through Public Health Navigation and passionate advocacy, we seek lasting solutions.
Beyond survival, we host art workshops, resource fairs, and awareness walks, distributing Essentials Kits with thoughtful items including journals and pens to foster emotional growth. Knowing someone cares deeply can make all the difference.
Fundamental Chromatic is not about profit but about fostering self-care, new coping skills, and community reconnection so people can survive, heal, and rebuild. We focus especially on empowering women affected by domestic violence or trafficking, while supporting all who have limited access to care through outreach and personal connection.
