Fundamental Chromatic is seeking $50,000 to continue providing much-needed Case Management services and essential support to community members facing homelessness, poverty, trauma, and untreated mental health challenges.

Our Founder and Provider, Chelsea Cramer, brings lived experience, formal training, certifications, and deep community knowledge to this work. Chelsea is qualified to provide connections to life-saving resources, including housing support, benefits navigation, mental health referrals, advocacy, and crisis-informed assistance. She also offers Peer Recovery Support, Community Health Navigation, and Case Management to individuals who are often overlooked or struggling alone.

One of the ways Fundamental Chromatic builds trust is by providing free Essentials Kits to neighbors living through homelessness. These kits help people meet immediate needs—while also opening the door to supportive, ongoing relationships with our organization. Please see an additional fundraising campaign we've created specifically to help fund the Essentials Kits. 

Our approach is grounded in interpersonal connection, active listening, compassion, and non-judgment. By building trust, we help individuals engage with services that lead to stability, recovery, and hope.
