I've been working for Savio for 8 years ago and committed to the cause of providing services to youth and families. I am currently the supervisor for Savio's Community based service - skills coaching program. Through this program we provide skills training to youth ages 12-18, to create sustainability and increase Pro socials and skill building in their lives. Additionally, I also provide trauma services to youth and their families.
• Savio serves 1,800 annually preventing out of home placements and providing critical mental health supports
• Savio provides whole family treatment to ensure long-term sustainability.
• 100% of services taking place in-home or in-community removing transportation, childcare and other barriers to care.
• Services are provided in more than 30 counties – reaching the most remote areas of the state where resources are scarce.
• There was an 85% success rate for all clients this year. This means that 85% of families successfully completed treatment goals, improved behavior and mental health outcomes, and remained or were reunited with their family.
• 99% of services are provided free of cost to the families.
