This past summer, I learned of the Crowley Foundation's boys2MEN Leadership summit and signed my son up. I was so pleasantly surprised! After the four day retreat, I went to CU Boulder to pick up my son and I was blown away. These boys worked so hard over the past 4 days on business ideas and creating a mini city. More importantly these boys formed a community that quickly, were taught their history, and how to be a "king". My son was more eloquent and respectful when I picked him up and first the time, I was able to see a glimmer of the man he would become, I am so proud, thank you Crowley Foundation!!!

This organization touches hundreds of kids each year. I have personally witnessed the work of this organization and have watched young people develop and execute plans for their futures as a result of this organization's programming. I have marveled as year after year, as this organization attracts talented and accomplished professional adults, who come to volunteer their valuable time to work directly with the young people in this organization; along side of young people who have benefited from this program who come back to work with the youth who follow them.
I am very grateful for Ken and Jean Crowley who saw a need in our community, "rolled up their sleeves" and committed their lives to doing something about it. I wish them and the youth they serve continued success!

You will be amazed on what the Crowley Foundation opens your eyes to. They will teach you from the ground up in 5 days and on that last day you will be well more educated. They really do have an impact on lives, they have great connections to help people, students with scholarships, needing someone to talk to, they are family!
Connecting & Building Young Men (Young Kings) by providing educational opportunities through academic instruction, life skills, social/emotional learning, relationship building & career exploration. We foster learning and empowerment by providing leadership development programs, promoting artist expression as well as healthy lifestyles via 5 protective factors (mental health).
Founded in 2009, The Crowley Foundation was founded on the principles of family and originally as a scholarship fund. Because of the need from our students, we slowly implemented a college prep program which included campus tours, ACT/SAT prep, resume and essay writing. Briefly after that, boys2MEN was created as a safe and authentic place for young men to come and learn from adult men, but more importantly, gain life skills, social/emotional support and exposure to careers and trades. Currently, boys2MEN is in several schools across the state of Colorado. There are also annual events such as the Summer Leadership Summit and boys2MEN Social Emotional Workshops.
