The Full Send

Welcome to THE FULL SEND. As passionate golfers, adventure seekers, members of our Routt County community and most importantly, supporters of our families - we are setting out to marry these passions on behalf of Advocates of Routt County. This is the inaugural event, which we intend to grow with time, but the hope is to take a sport (golf) that is typically not considered an athletic adventure and make it a real feat! So on October 1st, we will be starting at sunrise and ending at sundown - starting at 6,500 ft above sea level and climbing to nearly 9,000ft, over 22 miles and 12 hours - to play 54 holes at each of Steamboat's 3 golf courses. Every step will be hiked, carrying 30lb bags and surrounded by our 6 person crew + the pros from each course!

Now for the important part: our cause -- the Advocates of Routt County (https://advocatesrc.org). They are an amazing group that supports such a challenging need in our community. This year, we will be doing this in loving memory AJ's sister, Tiffanne, who was tragically taken from this world as a victim of domestic violence. We know many members of our community and families have been affected by these tragic issues in one way or another - we hope to do our small part to effect real change.

We would like to thank our supporters, Catamount Club, Haymaker Golf Course and Rollingstone Ranch for making this possible - quite the coordination effort. And thank your for all of your donations - every little bit counts and no amount is too small!
