Support Gleaning in Pueblo!

UpRoot has been building the foundations of the gleaning program in the Pueblo area in 2025. The need for fresh, local food access is obvious; there are many families and individuals struggling with food insecurity in the area. What’s been inspiring is the genuine willingness I’ve seen from the community to step up and help. Whether it’s volunteering time, donating resources, or opening their farms and orchards to gleaning, people want to be part of the solution.

We are building a network of strong partnerships, dedicated volunteers, and engaged farms that will allow us to continue to move surplus produce from fields to tables where it’s needed most.
