Our New Home in the Art District on Santa Fe

We’re moving to the Art District on Santa Fe! 

For the past five years, PlatteForum has proudly called the Savoy at Curtis Park and Taxi in the RiNo Art District our two homes. In that time, we’ve grown alongside our community, hosting more than 25 exhibitions that uplift youth and artist voices, expanding our youth internship program from 12 to 50 participants (with 98% of ArtLab youth graduating high school on time), championing arts education and social justice, and supporting artists in creating new work and advancing their careers.

We’ve also become more than an arts space by offering therapy, groceries, tutoring, and a safe, welcoming space for creative and cultural expression.

And now we will be under one roof and in the right place to amplify our impact.

Our move to the Art District on Santa Fe is a thoughtful step toward serving youth, artists, and our community. Our new location provides the long-term sustainability our youth and resident artists need for learning, collaboration, and community building.

We’ve secured a matching donor who will contribute $3,000, but only if we raise $3,000 from our community first. Reaching this goal will allow us to move all our materials, including our food bank, and relaunch our nationally recognized programming with no lapse in service to our youth interns. 

The need for safe, creative spaces for youth and artists is paramount.
