When UpSide Collective opened its doors in Longmont in 2025, we set out to build something adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities rarely get: a place where they are truly known, valued, and supported as whole people.
Today, in our second year of programming, seven to ten adults gather with us to cook, create, work, explore the community, and build friendships. For families, it means peace of mind that their loved one is cared for with consistency and compassion. And more Northern Colorado families are reaching out as word spreads.
Medicaid waiver funding covers only part of what it costs to do this work well. The rest comes from people like you.
This Colorado Gives Day, we're raising $75,000 to make room to grow. Your gift will fund scholarships for adults whose funding falls short, add staff so we can welcome new participants without losing the personal attention that defines UpSide, expand our employment program, and equip our space for a growing community.
