Drug overdose is the 3rd leading cause of death for teens!! Why aren’t we all talking about this?

For 8th grade I have to complete a “Capstone Project” with a local nonprofit. I am working with a group of inspiring doctors and dedicated leaders at “The Naloxone Project” to raise awareness about the risk of drug overdose for teens.  In addition to conducting research and helping with teen-focused training materials, I am raising money.  TNP has an innovative program where they put the lifesaving drug Naloxone in vending machines - meaning anyone can prevent an overdose death.  My goal is to donate a fully stocked vending machine in my community of Boulder, CO.  One machine could save 100 lives!
