Cassie's Team to Feed Local Families!

In honor of the holiday season, I am working to raise funds to support Mountain Roots Food Project's 2025 Feed a Family Campaign. Mountain Roots Food Project is partnering with local growers, ranchers, and producers to deliver something special to families in need throughout Gunnison County: the Holiday Meal Box.

Each Holiday Meal Box recipient will receive a beautifully curated box of local and Colorado-grown vegetables, organic fruit, pasture-raised meat or poultry, and more. These boxes are delivered right to their doorstep so they can prepare a special holiday meal – at Thanksgiving and again in December – at no charge to the family. But it costs Mountain Roots about $50 per box to make happen. My goal is to support 20 families this season by raising $1,000.
