Supporting the Durango Dementia Coalition (DDC)
The Durango Dementia Coalition’s mission is to raise funds that provide much-needed resources for individuals diagnosed with dementia and their caregivers.
This year, donations received through Colorado Gives Day will directly support:
Educational Publications – providing information and guidance to families navigating dementia.
The Caregiver Support Program – offering financial assistance and essential resources to caregivers in need.
