As a board member for Thompson Education Foundation, I am committed to supporting TEF's mission to provide exceptional educational experiences for students and teachers in Thompson School District. Colorado Gives Day is one of the most important opportunities of the year for TEF to raise money that will directly benefit and impact students and educators. 

TEF has participated in Colorado Gives Day since 2023, and each year the foundation has exceeded its fundraising goal! As a board member, I am excited to keep that momentum alive and I'm asking for YOUR help! My personal goal is to raise $500 towards the foundation's goal of $10,000. Will you help me reach that goal? 

Early giving for Colorado Gives Day starts on November 1, and Colorado Gives Day is on Tuesday, December 9. There are lots of incentives for early giving, including: 

• $1M+ Incentive Fund: All donations made from November 1 through December 9 are boosted by a portion of a large incentive fund. The amount each nonprofit receives is based on the percentage of total donations it receives during this period.
• New Monthly Donation Match: The Colorado Gives Foundation will match the first monthly donation from a new recurring donor, up to a maximum of $100 per donor.
• $250,000 Total Match Pool: The new monthly donation match is capped at a total of $250,000 across all participating nonprofits.
• Tax Credit: A portion of your donation may also be offset by a Colorado income tax credit.
