TJP's 2025 Colorado Gives Day

The Transformative Justice Project of Colorado (TJP) is a Denver nonprofit rooted in transformative justice values. We believe safety and accountability don't have to come at the cost of a young person's dignity or future, and that real, lasting change comes from healing, connection, and addressing root causes.

Our flagship program, Community Cares, walks alongside system-impacted youth ages 10 to 25 as they navigate the legal system. We provide holistic support, including clinical and decolonized mental health care (counseling, crisis intervention, and support groups), legal and education advocacy, court accompaniment, transportation to court and probation, and resource navigation for jobs, housing, and education.

When a young person is navigating court, school pushout, housing instability, or family crisis, they need community, not cages. We meet young people with radical love, mental health support, and real advocacy. No barriers. No judgment.

This year, our focus is on monthly giving, so we can sustain these programs and support youth every day. Help us build a Colorado where we keep kids in school and out of prison, together.
