Every Story Matters

Youth in foster care often carry stories shaped by separation, instability, and loss — especially when they’re separated from their siblings. Elevating Connections helps them write new chapters filled with belonging, friendship, creativity, and community.

Through Building Community & Connections, youth experience monthly events, Community Dinners, workshops, and sibling programming that help them feel safe, supported, and connected to caring adults and peers.

Through Empowering Youth Expressions, youth discover their voices through poetry, art, writing, spoken word, and leadership opportunities.

And in 2026, Camp Connect returns — a week-long overnight camp where siblings separated in foster care get the precious time together they deserve.

We’re raising $200,000 to make this all possible.
