The Leadville Comeback.… Lead Challenge 2026

In 2023 I attempted the Leadville 100 mile trail run (watch a recap here) as my first hundred mile race. Made it 62 miles before being pulled from the race. watch a recap here

In 2024 I doubled down, attempting the most challenging experience the Leadville Race Series offers. The Lead Challenge. This is where athletes complete all six of the races offered in the series, in a 7 week period, within their time caps… Watch the Recap HERE. It includes the following events: 

Leadville Trail Marathon

Silver Rush 50 mile trail run

Silver Rush 50 mile MTB

Leadville 100 mile MTB

Leadville 10k

Leadville 100 mile run - I finished the race, but I got sick after the 100 bike (weekend before) and  came up 70 min short of the official finish time for lead challenge.

2025: Strength Focus / Turkish Get Up 

2026: The return to Lead Challenge 

I am coming back to the high mountains of Colorado to finish the job!  I will be supporting the Leadville Trail 100 Legacy Foundation that helps local Leadville youth through scholarships and educational opportunities as well as grant funding for trails and other programs in Leadville, CO.  more info about them here
