To become a Founding Member of Gratitude Village, households make an initial financial commitment that:

But for others—especially those who qualify for our permanently affordable homes—this upfront cost creates a barrier.

• Provide full or partial Founder deposit support for income-qualified households

• Help ensure that Gratitude Village reflects the diversity, accessibility, and inclusion we are committed to
