Every cat deserves a safe place to land, a full belly, and the medical care they need to thrive. At Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue (RMFR), making that happen for more than 1,000 cats each year takes a lot of love—and a lot of resources!
RMFR's current monthly operating expenses are about $80,000. Because we receive no government funding, we rely entirely on the generosity of our community to keep our doors open and provide care for the cats who depend on us. Individual and corporate donations, grants, and fundraising activities help us cover the costs of food, medical treatment, staffing, utilities, and everything else it takes to operate our shelter. When you give, you become part of the community that makes our lifesaving work possible.
During this year's Colorado Gives Day campaign, we've set a goal to secure $10,000 in monthly donations to help establish a more reliable financial foundation for our organization.
