Stephen Blea’s Leadville Fundraiser

I will be running the 2026 Leadville 100 as a charity athlete with the Leadville Trail 100 Legacy Foundation, the original charity partner of the Leadville 100 - one of the most challenging ultra-marathons in the world!

All donations raised through my fundraising on this page support the Legacy Foundation and their Leadville 100 Scholarship Program. This program provides a $2,000 scholarship to every graduating senior at Leadville High School who pursues further education. These funds help students bridge the gap between aspiration and access, covering real costs that too often stand in the way of a students next steps after graduating high school.

For mountain-town graduates, modest, guaranteed support can be the difference between enrolling on time, persisting through the first year, and ultimately completing a program.  By backing the Legacy Scholarship program you’re investing in every member of the graduating class who chooses to keep learning.
