The Driftless Flyathlon combines trail running and catch-and-release fly fishing in the beautiful Yellow River State Forest. More than just a race, the event raises funds for cold-water conservation and trout habitat restoration throughout Northeast Iowa’s Driftless Area. Donations support projects that improve stream habitat, water quality, stream banks, and public access, helping protect these unique waterways for generations to come.
