Bridging the Gap: Transforming Waiting into Welcome 

Hey Colorado! Welcome to Mi Yungs Prayer’s 3rd Annual Fundraiser. Whether you've been with us since day one or you're just learning about our mission, we are so glad you're here.

This year, our theme is "Bridging the Gap." It’s a nod to a massive pivot point for us. As a local, adoptee-founded adoption agency right here in Colorado, we’ve always been focused on building a community rooted in ethical, compassionate, and supportive adoption practices. Thanks to incredible local support, we’ve gone from laying our foundation to stepping into a season of massive growth. Proceeds from this page and our upcoming event directly fund the programs and local families making this work possible.

The Journey So Far: Moving Mountains

We’ve been busy over the last couple of years setting up the pathways to bring waiting children home to loving families:

• • • 2024: We officially earned our Colorado state licensing.

    • 2025: We achieved our Hague accreditation, giving us the green light to launch our very first international adoption programs.

    • Right Now: We are seeing a huge surge in our local home study services, expanding our partnerships, and getting ready to launch our very first Colorado Core Adoption Training Classes this August!

Our Global Active Programs

Achieving our Hague accreditation unlocked the doors to partner with countries that share our deep commitment to ethical, child-centered adoption. We are currently actively working to connect waiting children (ages 2–15, including sibling groups and kids with special needs) with loving forever homes through our international programs in:

We are bridging the gap between where we started and where we are called to go, and we want you along for the ride. Together, we can transform waiting into welcome—one family and one act of generosity at a time.

  • Tickets: $25 for Adults | $10 for Kids

What’s included? Every ticket scores you a great catered box lunch, two drink tickets to try a local pour, free entry into our event giveaways, and full access to kids' games. Come out, soak up the sun, check out the silent auction, and join the action in our annual cornhole tournament!
