With over 30 years of combined experience, our agency—led by Founder and Executive Director Julie Kula, MSW, LSW, an adoptee herself—offers a unique understanding of both adoptive families and adoptees. Unlike many agencies founded by adoptive parents, Julie’s personal journey allows her to deeply understand and to advocate for both adoptive families and adoptees—ensuring every child feels seen, heard, and supported throughout the process.
