The goal of the CBA Real Estate Section is to promote, clarify and educate attorney members concerning issues arising in Colorado real estate law.
“This community brought me back to my feet, and gave me purpose. When I had no support, no resources, and no hope, I had CVC.”
On a daily basis, Colorado Village Collaborative’s program staff do incredible work to support people experiencing unsheltered homelessness. Their passion, resilience, dedication, and care have transformed countless lives, paving a path toward stability for the people who have faced immense challenges.
Highlighting the immense power of supportive services and shelter, this story comes directly from a CVC case manager:
"After months of struggle, my client finally found a job - one that not only provides income but also offers a housing opportunity. With a place to stay, they no longer have to worry about shelter. This means they can save money, plan for the future, and work toward an independent life. What once seemed impossible is now within reach: stability, self-sufficiency, and a fresh start."
This story is one of hundreds showing the power of CVC's mission. We restore autonomy, provide hope and dignity, and empower people to take their lives back. So here’s the ask: No matter the amount, your donation is significant to our community. From meals and clothing to healthcare and recovery services, your donations help our community members rebuild, heal, and take meaningful steps toward stable housing and self-sufficiency. Thank you for being generous.
About CVC:
Colorado Village Collaborative was founded in 2017 to bridge the gap between the streets and stable housing by creating and operating shelter communities in partnership with people experiencing homelessness. Utilizing a low-barrier, harm-reduction model, CVC addresses the shortcomings in traditional homelessness services, creating pathways to equitable support for those experiencing significant life challenges. CVC operates four shelter sites, providing meals, hygiene, safety and security, autonomy, and wraparound supportive services, including case management and peer support.
