George Washington Unified Sports Program

The George Washington High School Unified Program supports students with disabilities and without disabilities through sports and leadership.  The Unified Program participates in Unified Bowling, Unified Flag Football, Unified Basketball, Unified Soccer and Unified Track and Field.  We would like to continue to grow our program by participating in additional Special Olympic Competitions and creating opportunities for our ahletes and partners.  By donating today, you will be helping us to purchase adaptive sports equipment, uniforms and transportation costs.

The GWHS Unified Program supports inclusion and opportunity for all.  This year, we are beyond excited to announce that the George Washington High School Unified Program has been named a Special Olympics National Banner Unified School.  GW is one of only two new schools in Colorado to receive this honor, joining three other amazing schools whose status was renewed this year.  GWHS will join 22 other schools in Colorado to receive this prestigious recognition.  GW demonstrates commitment to creating acceptance and respect for all students, and building a more inclusive world.  Please support the growth and sustainability of our Unified Program.
