Our goal is to share ancestry research skills with our training participants in hopes that they take these skills into their communities and share them. With each training being a drop, the participants become the ripples that spread through a community.

Ancestry
No matter where our ancestors are from, there are rich stories to uncover from researching their lives. Understanding where we come from, helps us understand where are going.
Training
The Ancestry Research Training Project (ART Project) will serve to educate High School age youth, and adult seniors on the importance of knowing their family heritage. Also, participants will learn the fundamental skills of how to research their heritage & build their family trees. Help us provide our training where community members will learn the skills necessary to thoroughly research their ancestry using online tools.
