At The Ag & Food Lab, we’re growing more than food — we’re growing resilience. Every day, we help farmers, food entrepreneurs, and communities across Colorado build a local food system that’s sustainable, equitable, and rooted in care for people and the planet.

Our work connects every part of the food chain through three powerful programs:

• 🌾 The Farm (Bennett, CO): 35 acres of opportunity where beginning and immigrant farmers like Alamean gain access to land, tools, and training to build their dreams and feed their communities.
• 🏭 The Hub (Denver): A 15,000 sq. ft. space where harvests are safely stored and distributed across Colorado — connecting farmers to schools, restaurants, and families.
• 🛒 The Market: Guided by community leaders like Charlotte and Kaizen food rescue, this program expands access to fresh, affordable food for families — including those using SNAP — just miles from where it’s grown.
