Tri-County Health Network

During this time of fear and isolation for many our Spanish speaking neighbors, Tri County Health Network (TCHN) is building strong networks, creating safe spaces and facilitating connections to vital services.

In 2025, our Multicultural Advocacy Team made a powerful difference, helping:

• 335 Individuals attend the Driver’s License Academy, opening doors to opportunity
• 150 People navigate Immigration Legal Services to obtain necessary documentation 
• 102 Employees learn their rights at the Workers School 
• 1,119 People access bi-lingual resource and health care navigation services 

All of the above services are provided in Spanish to ensure our neighbors can grow their safety and belonging in our community.

Mexican Consulate Visit to Telluride Summer 2025 

Your support will ensure Tri-County Health Network can continue helping our neighbors in need. The team at TCHN is connecting individuals and families with vital resources and programs, changing lives every day.

Communities That Care and The SHED youth space, supporting our youth in choosing a healthy lifestyle

Skippy Dental bringing quality oral care to uninsured and underinsured youth throughout the region

Behavioral Health programs that work to reduce stigma and diminish barriers so everyone can access the mental health care they deserve

Health Insurance Enrollment 

Health Care Coordination

Food Security and Emergency Funds through the Good Neighbor Fund and the Ouray County Response Fund

Altogether each year, Tri-County Health Network supports over 5,800 individuals throughout the region!
