As Board of Directors, we want to introduce you to one of the most impactful nonprofits in the state, Spark the Change Colorado. Spark is a nonprofit that harnesses the power of volunteerism to solve our communities' most pressing needs.
Not only does Spark operate a volunteer-driven, free mental health services program for those who can’t afford it, but also provides tens of thousands of meals to those who are food insecure, leads programs that assist seniors across the state seeking companionship, and maintains a volunteer opportunity database allowing those interested in giving back to easily find opportunities and causes at nonprofits statewide that speak to them.
Spark is one of those organizations working tirelessly behind the scenes that you may not have heard the name of yet, but it is an integral part of positive community impact in Colorado.
