The GlobalMindED Conference includes:

  • First Gen Workshop- students learn leadership, personal, professional, and lifelong success skills.
  • Inclusive Success Awards Dinner, where we recognize cross-sector leaders who are setting the national/global standards for inclusion.
  • Two days of 90 break-out sessions where attendees cover topics in support of achieving a competent talent pipeline across disciplines, including Early Learning, K-12 Education, Higher Ed, STEAM, Tech, Health, Policy, Climate, Social Justice, and Foundations/Funders.

Student attendees have reported:

High Achievement Rates: An impressive 97% of students interviewed had graduated with at least an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, with many pursuing advanced degrees.

Successful Career Paths: A significant majority of participants (82%) were either actively employed or enrolled in further education. Moreover, 62% were working in fields directly related to their academic pursuits.

Positive Program Impact: A substantial 84% of students rated the First-Gen Leadership program highly, underscoring its effectiveness in fostering personal and professional growth.

The program's success is evident in the inspiring stories of its participants through these testimonials:
