YANA's Strong Mamas, Thriving Babies Program

Our Strong Mamas, Thriving Babies gives every mom who delivers a baby at our participating hospital a full year of wrap around support.   It includes an app where they can chat with other moms, create playdates, have conversations and just connect with other mamas.  We also have in-person gatherings weekly and they are able to attend any of those that work for them as well.  They also have phone calls offered to them by another mom.  We are making generational mental health change by supporting the people who create the people.  Thank you for helping us change the world, one mama at a time!
