Wow! Our hearts are overflowing with joy this morning! Thanks to the incredibly generous viewers of Next with Kyle Clark, we are halfway to our matching gift goal this morning! Each donation is being doubled, so when we hit $50K, we will have achieved the full $25K gift from NeighborWorks America. Can you help us maximize this opportunity by sharing with your friends today?

If you missed the Word of Thanks segment last night on Denver 9 News, you can watch it here:  https://www.9news.com/article/news/local/next/word-of-thanks-next/73-c9bcc07a-7413-4074-88ad-f9fed07a1c72

Neighbor to Neighbor's (N2N) ability to keep families safely housed is thanks to an incredible community of supporters – folks who believe a family shouldn’t be forced into homelessness because of one unforeseen financial challenge. Folks who know communities are stronger when everyone has access to a safe, stable home. Folks whose support allowed N2N to help more than 10,000 neighbors end homelessness, remain stably housed, and prepare for and achieve homeownership last year.

For 53 years, N2N has been helping neighbors in their time of need. The pandemic, inflation, and our growing housing crisis has placed an incredible amount of financial stress on many of our neighbors who were previously secure. In just the last three years, N2N went from helping 45 households each month to 775 households in need of direct emergency assistance.

With the recent expiration of state and federal pandemic-era support, N2N's rent assistance funding is down 85%, yet the pleas for help remain critically high.

Your Word of Thanks donation today not only helps one family keep a roof over their heads while they recover from a financial hardship, but it helps us continue our fight for more sustainable and affordable housing opportunities in our communities.

After all, we believe everyone deserves the chance to be safe at home.
