New update
I initially thought that I would not be able to move 25 miles in June, but I proved myself wrong! I walked 33 miles and swam 3.5 miles. I've also been making friendship bracelets for friends and important people in my life. I was hoping to make 25, but I've only made 9 so far.
My name is Lindsey and I had my first of two liver transplants at age 15. At age 13, the liver disease primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) launched me into an uncertain life filled with severe symptoms and seemingly never ending medical treatments. (In fact, I've already spent two days of June 2026 in the emergency room, dealing with post-transplant complications.) There is no cure for PSC. That's why I am walking in the annual Move for PSC fundraiser. Our mission is to drive research to identify treatments and a cure for PSC.
