The Learning Zone at Real Life Colorado is a non-profit 501(c)3 created for non-speaking students who requires the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices to support their personal, academic, social, and life needs and success. In August 2023 we became a Colorado Department of Education facility school.
The Learning Zone was created with one primary goal in mind. Educating and empowering non-speaking individuals through developing unprecedented proficiency using speech-generating devices to give them their "voice".
The Learning Zone believes that all people, regardless of their physical, social, emotional, or cognitive challenges should be provided with the highest quality education and resources to live a full and healthy "Real Life".
