Kate Carroll '11 Memorial Scholarship

Thank you for your support of Kate and Regis Jesuit High School!

We are excited to share that, thanks to the generous donations from Kate’s family and friends, a tennis court and player bench have been named in her honor at the new tennis facility at Regis Jesuit High School. We are truly grateful for your generosity and support. We believe Kate would be proud - and a little embarrassed by this accomplishment and recognition. Court #3 will now be known as “Kate’s Court”.

If you knew Kate, you knew she had a quiet and reserved nature. She approached both academics and tennis with unwavering discipline and enthusiasm. She achieved high honors throughout her four years of high school.  Renowned for her ability to maintain her composure on the tennis court, regardless of the score, she skillfully concealed her emotions and maintained focus and great sportsmanship in every tennis match.  Humble in victory, she preferred to celebrate her successes with her teammates and friends, rather than seek the spotlight.

In July 2024, the Carroll Family established an endowed scholarship in honor of Kate. Donations to The Kate Carroll ’11 Memorial Scholarship will not only preserve Kate’s memory but also ensure that future generations of students benefit from a Regis Jesuit education.

As the recipient(s) of this scholarship carry on Kate's legacy, we are confident they will embody the same values and determination that Kate demonstrated in high school, college and in her career as a nurse.
