Parent to Parent of Colorado

Keith has been surprising Dave and me since the day he was born with auburn red hair! Our life journey as a family has not been ordinary or smooth. We have had many ups and downs along the way. Finding supports and services for Keith took up a great deal of our time, money and effort. Our lives were so different from other people we knew who were parenting neuro-typical child. We often felt like we were living in an alternate universe. It was difficult for us to share our daily concerns and struggles. This often made us feel isolated.

Parent to Parent of Colorado (P2P) gave us support, information, encouragement, and a community. The small staff maintains a statewide listserv, Parent Matching program, resource lists, Spanish language listserv, and an array of other supports. This year we will be celebrating Keith's 30th birthday! In honor of him and the  invaluable support that Parent of Parent of Colorado has helped our family, we have set up this fundraiser.
