WHAT DOES MONTROSE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION DO?

MCF, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is a local foundation that focuses on local needs by partnering with many local and diverse programs that impact your community. 

• Over $700,500 in local scholarships for higher education were distributed from MCF in 2022. 
• More than $2.7 million has been granted into the local community over the last 5 years, including support for educator and student designed programs, youth resilience, emergency relief, and a new Amphitheater. 
• Through annual Impact Grants and other granting programs, MCF supports many local nonprofits with operating and project money. 
• MCF assists local participating nonprofits by marketing for their success for Colorado Gives Day annual campaigns through our regional championship, Uncompahgre Gives.
