Together, We’re Changing How Denver Responds to Homelessness

What we do: 

Since opening this summer, our Community Resource Connection Hub has already helped more than 75 Denver neighbors stay stable and avoid homelessness. With peers who’ve been through it themselves leading the way, people are finding trusted support, mental health care, and connections to the help they need, right when they need it.

Through this work, we’ve learned what’s working in Denver’s homelessness system and where it’s breaking down. And we’re using that insight to bring people together across the city—lived experts, service providers, government agents & business leaders—to design better ways forward.

Why it matters:

Elevated Denver’s mission is simple: to make sure fewer people fall into homelessness by fixing the system with the people who know it best. We create space for collaboration, test new ideas like the Hub, and grow what works so every neighbor can find the support they deserve.
