At The Denver Justice Project, we believe that true justice requires more than reform—it requires resilience, truth-telling, and unwavering community power. This year, we have:

• Supported Black and Brown families in their pursuit of justice, helping them navigate legal systems and share their stories.

• Stood against the criminalization of immigration and the mass detention of vulnerable people.

• Fought the rollback of police oversight policies and resisted the expansion of mass surveillance.

• Conducted Know Your Rights trainings and continued to keep our community informed, engaged, and empowered.

We do this work in an increasingly hostile environment—where federal and local funding for community-based organizations is being cut and nonprofits across the country are struggling to survive.
