25,000 for 2025: Keep Our Doors Open

On November 22, the Denver Press Club celebrates the start of our 100th year in our historic Clubhouse - architecturally significant in Denver, historically significant to Colorado, and nationally significant as one of the last buildings of its kind. 

This longevity is remarkable - especially because each new day brings a significant threat to this century-old building. Insurance, utility, and maintenance costs have tripled in the past five years alone.

Our Clubhouse is unique among civic-oriented gathering places in Denver: With you, we host 100+ events every year where folks come in to discuss the news of the day with newsmakers - including: political debates among leading candidates, book talks with Colorado and national authors of renown, journalism meet-ups to share tips and tools of the trade, question-and-answer sessions with high-level policymakers, exposition nights with award-winning photojournalists, and more. 

Rising costs threaten all of that work. Without the Denver Press Club and our historic Clubhouse, there will be no place left in Denver that opens its doors to all for the conversations about the choices that shape all of our lives.
