Catholic Charities' Prevention & Stabilization programs help provide solid foundations for families to build from as well as move families out of crisis and into more stable situations.
Prevention & Stabilization Programs:

Emergency Services Stabilizes individuals and families using available emergency assistance funds; also provides SNAP application |
Representative Payee Manages budgets for individuals on Social Security, SSI, or SSDI. |

Colorado Community Response (CCR) Works to create a safe home environment by strengthening individuals, families, and our community by providing resources and case management services. |
Supportive Ongoing Services (SOS) Increases the strength and stability of families and the parents' confidence in their parenting abilities; provides children with a safe, stable, and supportive family environment. |
Family Support Services (FSS) Promotes resiliency and helps to stabilize families by assisting with family goal-setting and connections to community resources. |
