Healthy Steps Works with families in primary care settings to provide enhanced well-child visits and home visits focused on child development and supporting the parents. |
Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) Provides caregivers and children ages 3-5 with an evidence based curriculum, books and other educational materials to prepare children for success in school. |
Parents As Teachers (PAT) Offers education, activities, group meetings, and screenings to support parens and caregivers of children ages 0-2 in their role as their child's most important teacher. |

Nurturing Parenting/Fatherhood Supports parents in building positive relationships with their children through healthy communication, problem solving skills, and/or co-parenting skills. |
Kinship Navigation Offers information and access to resources and referrals for grandparents and other guardians raising children. |
