LCBAG: Building a Movement for Health & Wellbeing

Lake County Build a Generation is building a movement for community health. Through coalition building, community mobilization, and strategic advocacy, LCBAG empowers local leaders to cocreate effective solutions to issues that impact Lake County residents. LCBAG focuses on the social determinants of health, which means we address the environmental and social conditions that affect a wide-range of health and quality-of-life outcomes as we work towards a more equitable and just society. Focusing on the 'root causes' of systemic inequities, we aim to ensure that crisis intervention and downstream services aren't so heavily needed in the future because everyone will have what they need to live a successful, fulfilled, and healthy life.
