RMP is a place-based partnership that brings together decision-makers, community members, and partners to align efforts, amplify impact, and ensure all young people thrive. We foster upward mobility by addressing systemic barriers and creating pathways to success for youth.

The Future Is at Stake

Today in the north metro region, over 123,000 children and young people up to age 35 are at risk of not achieving key milestones that pave the way to adult success. That's enough to fill the Mile High stadium almost twice. Without support, they face limited economic mobility and a lifetime of unrealized potential. We can't afford to leave any young person behind.

At the heart of RMP’s efforts is an ambitious and vital goal: to empower 71,000 more young people to achieve critical milestones by 2030, paving the way for upward mobility. This shared regional target is more than a number—it’s a powerful commitment to the future of our community’s growth and prosperity. In the 2024-2025 school year alone, RMP is aiming to help 3,398 more children and young people meet critical milestones. That's the equivalent of about 97 classrooms of potential unleashed.

RMP supports more than 50 partners to collectively strive towards this shared 71k goal through three key strategies: 

• Empower Target Champions: RMP supports organizations to set and commit to specific, measurable goals aligned with at least one Cradle to Career milestone.
• Execute High-Impact Projects (HIPs): RMP facilitates collaboration across cross-sector partners to address challenges that are too big for any single organization to solve on their own. 
• Advance Policy Initiatives: RMP advocates for change in organizational, local, regional, state, or federal policies that stand in the way of Cradle to Career Success.
