Dear Friends,

The colors this Fall were especially spectacular! Every season in this valley reminds me of what a special place it is. We are so lucky to live here. Everyone I meet who has visited says the same thing:  We love that place - it's pretty near perfect.

Unfortunately, because we are locals, we know that nothing is perfect. Our community has important issues to face. Chaffee County Community Foundation is uniquely situated to help do just that. Over the past few years they have enhanced our community through emergency relief, grant making, nonprofit capacity support, workshops for board members, and encouraging local philanthropy. All of this has strengthened our local nonprofits so that they can do their important work even better. 

I am writing today to ask you to consider making a donation to CCCF for Colorado Gives Day. I have set a goal of 20 donors by December 6th, but I know that we can blow that goal out of the water.

Each one of you is a part of my personal commUNITY and I thank you from my heart, friends, for considering a gift to CCCF.
