Frasier's Resident Assistance Fund, we ensure confidentiality of people's names, but one of our residents was willing to share her story. We will call her Alice.  She and her husband were missionaries in Korea from 1960 to 1971.  Together they fought for labor justice for industrial workers, taught English, and brought their medical experience to local hospitals. Living in a small home and sleeping on floors, they raised their family.  Their work continued when they returned to the United States and throughout their lifetimes. After Alice retired, she found that health conditions were making it difficult to continue to maintain her mobile home.  The United Women in Faith program, which has had a long relationship with Frasier, recommended her to Frasier.  Although she did not need immediate financial support, she was able to be accepted at Frasier with the understanding she may need financial help from the Fund in the future.  Finally, she was able to be on the receiving end of other people’s kindness.

Please help others like Alice by making a contribution today.  Funds donated before December 6th are eligible for Colorado Gives Day corporate grants!
