Our mission is to empower self-sustainability by providing resource navigation, assistance, and guidance to those experiencing housing instability. Almost Home, Inc. prides itself on developing, facilitating, and improving the following innovative programs: 

~ Housing Stability Program: Provides rent, mortgage, & utility assistance 

~ Family Emergency Shelter Program: Provides temporary shelter for up to 7 families 

~ Severe Weather Activation Program: Provides motel shelter during inclement weather 

~ Street Outreach Program: Provides resources for unsheltered community members 

~ Family Programs: Partner referral-based housing & case management assistance 

~ Respite Housing Program: Provides extended motel stay for persons fleeing domestic violence 

~ Rapid Re-Housing Program- Provides Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) for unsheltered community members from local CoC Coordinated Entry systems

~ Housing Navigation Center: Provides resource assistance to walk-in participants
