Urban Peak is a beacon, a shelter and a place of hope. It is the only organization in Denver that provides a full range of services for youth ages 12-24 who are experiencing homelessness. For over 35 years, it has provided outreach, safe shelter, stable housing, healthcare, education, employment support and case management.

In 2024, Urban Peak turned its vision into reality with the opening of The Mothership, a new campus that unites all its services under one roof. This facility provides the dignified space our youth deserve, offering the support they need to exit homelessness. What I personally like best about The Mothership is the sense of home this new, incredible building provides to youth.

As an Urban Peak board member and a volunteer for the past 7 years, I have seen the true impact of our time and dollars at work! These young people have incredible potential and with a little compassion, support and resources, they can accomplish anything.
