Youth Sports Giving Day

Every child deserves the opportunity to play, learn, and grow through sports. That's why Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is proud to participate in Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day, a statewide movement uniting hundreds of organizations committed to expanding access to youth sports and recreation.

Powered by the Daniels Fund, Aspen Institute's Project Play Colorado, and a network of dedicated sponsors and nonprofit partners, this initiative has raised nearly $9 million in its first two years to help more Colorado kids get in the game.

From September 1-15, 2026, your gift to Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County will go even further. More than $1.5 million in matching and incentive funds are available, helping maximize the impact of every donation and supporting opportunities for local youth to build confidence, stay active, develop teamwork skills, and reach their full potential.

New this year, gifts made through a donor-advised fund (DAF), IRA rollover, or wire transfer can unlock an additional dollar-for-dollar match through the new America250 Fund, which will provide up to $250,000 in matching funds for eligible contributions.

Through Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day, supporters like you are helping organizations across the state provide equipment, uniforms, expanded programming, and greater access to sports opportunities. Here in Weld County, your support helps ensure Club youth have the chance to discover their strengths, build healthy habits, and experience the life-changing power of sports and recreation.
