My name is Susana Thompson I'm the Lead Legal Advocate for the Ember Center; I have been with the organization for a decade now and still going strong. 

Every day, countless individuals live in fear behind closed doors. Domestic violence is not just bruises it’s broken trust, shattered confidence, and stolen safety. Today, we have a chance to change that.

Survivors often leave with nothing no home, no income, and no support system. Our goal is to provide emergency shelter, therapy, legal advocacy and essential resources so they can start over safely.

The Ember Center is dedicated in supporting survivors accomplishing goals but without the support of the community it can be difficult. Please help us in keeping our services available.
