$500 goal

In 2025, we raised $495 for CCASA on Denim Day. Let's see if we can top it in 2026!

The Denver District Attorney's Office, along with other state agencies, business, and other groups, ask staff to donate a minimum of $5 in exchange for wearing jeans. Donations support the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CCASA), Colorado's leading voice for sexual violence survivors and the professionals who serve them.

CCASA started in 1984 when rape crisis centers came together to make sure survivors and advocates had a seat at the table for making policy and institutional change. One of their earliest wins was making marital rape a crime in Colorado.

Today, their 100+ members today include survivors, rape crisis centers, victim advocates, and more.

They change laws, improve institutional prevention and response, and give survivors more empowered options for justice and healing. Ultimately, their advocacy prevents harm, promotes healing, and keeps survivors’ lived experiences at the center.

Colorado Denim Day is CCASA's campaign aligned with the global Denim Day movement during Sexual Assault Awareness Month to send a clear message: no matter what someone is wearing – tight jeans, a short skirt, or nothing at all – they do not deserve to be sexually assaulted.

Support survivors (because it doesn't matter what you wear).

Join us by wearing denim to work and donating to CCASA today!
