Coal Creek Meals on Wheels has been the only home-delivered meal service in Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, and Superior since 1972. By providing ready-to-eat meals, they are supporting independence and quality of life for all residents in our communities. However, they are delivering more than a meal. By connecting with at-risk community members, CCMOW can identify other needs and connected clients to various community resources, ensuring wrap-around services and support.
